  32.    My preference would be to omit all discussion of hints.  We will
  33.    find a place for them when we get to URCs; we might do well not to
  34.    complicate the URN documents with them now.

  36.    I am not opposed to hinting systems, but as we don't have them
  37.    deployed yet we can afford to leave this issue to the future.

  48. Hints, as I defined them in the document, are the things that URNs are
  49. mapped into.  Without them we don't have much of a resolution
  50. service.  So, I'm a little puzzled here.
